  • Free Shipping: If your order exceeds 600 RON, you will benefit from free delivery only if you pay online by credit card. Please note that products on promotional offers or discounted items will not qualify for free shipping, regardless of the order value.

  • Special Offer Products: A product's discount does not guarantee free shipping. If a product is on special offer (e.g. seasonal discounts, Black Friday sales), it will incur delivery fees, even if the total cart value exceeds 600 RON.

  • Small Orders Delivery: For orders under 400 RON, the delivery fees will be fully covered by the customer. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the recipient's location and will be communicated before finalizing the order.

  • Minimum Order Value: Your order must be at least 100 RON, excluding shipping costs, to qualify for delivery.

  • Did You Know? The additional fee for cash on delivery is 5 RON, which applies to orders choosing this payment method.
